Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 white onion
- 1/2 roma tomato
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper
- 1/2 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Steps
- Using a chef's knife, cut both avocados in half and remove their pits. Then, using a large spoon, scoop out the avocado pulp into a bowl.Finally, using a fork, mash the avocado until relatively smooth.
- Mince the onion, tomato, and pepper. Then mix into the avocado using a fork.
- Cut the lime in half, and twisting the pulp with a fork, add the juice into your guacamole.
- Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite latin food.
- Cover or wrap tightly and store in the refrigerator. Keeps for one day.
